About this cartoon: The Republican Party, aware that it and Donald Trump could lose big in November, has been doing everything it can to undermine voting, especially by minorities, women, youth and elderly citizens more likely to vote Democratic. Sadly, a 5-4 Supreme Court Republican majority seems unwilling to rein in the anti-democracy impulses that violate core national principles.
